We had water damage in our kitchen, basement and dining room and after contacting our home owners insurance carrier (Erie), they recommended Michael Anthony for our job. They were extremely responsive and exceeded our most optimistic expectations. Most importantly, they constantly communicated with us regarding the construction. They as well as their partners are of the highest integrity and commitment to quality. I called Michael Anthony and he was at my front door in less than one hour. My water heater burst causing damage to hardwood floors. Michael and his team along with Daniel Caffo Flooring started work the next day and provided timely, professional and immaculate service. Michael’s team helped pack, move and cover all furniture to prevent dust and additional damage during demo stage. Hardwood was glued to subfloor which resulted in back-breaking work for Daniel Caffo’s team. I wish every contractor and subcontractor were this professional and hard working. I consider myself lucky to have been worked with Michael and his team although the circumstances that led to his recommendation were not a welcome event. Everytime the subcontractor left I received a courtesy call from Michael’s office to follow-up on the work just completed. That alone tells me that this company cares a great deal about their customers and the quality of all work completed.
